"You will be an official representative of the Church . . . Your purpose will be to invite others to come unto Christ . . . Greater blessings and more happiness than you have yet experienced await you as you humbly and prayerfully serve the Lord in this labor of love among His children." . . . Thomas S. Monson

Saturday February 18, 2012

To the Family of Elder Layton

My name is Sister Leavitt and I serve in the Benin Cotonou Mission Office. Your missionary Elder
Layton arrived safely on Wednesday February 15 and I have enclosed a picture of him taken
with President and Sister Weed.

Elder Layton has been assigned to labor in the District of Gbegamey, Cotonou, Benin with Elder
Ngombua as his trainer and companion. We are thrilled to have him here with us and look
forward to watching him grow in this amazing country of West Africa.

You may send mail to your missionary at the following address;

Elder Landon Dean Layton

IF you have any special needs or concerns or I can answer any questions for you, please feel free
to contact me on my private email.

Thank you for your son and his service to the Lord.

Sister Leavitt
