Dear Family,

     I totally just got my pillow this week!!! (I mailed it out on 3.13.12)  I was super excited! I slept like a baby last night! I really did sleep better than I have the whole time I have been here! Which is nice! And needed... So yes, no more sleeping on LEMONS! And your bleach pens were nice as well! I used those then I was doing my laundry today! They work good on my collars because those always get the worst. But yeah they worked well! Thank you very much for sending that to me! And yeah I did get the package from the Southam’s granddaughter! You guys are too much... Really that was such a nice package!! Those M&M's are already gone! Haha those are always something that go fast... And the camera and Zune and everything you sent me were awesome!! It was like Christmas! I loved it so much! Thank you very much :) You don't know how much that means to me! It was exciting to get that's for sure!

     So as for this week, it was pretty normal! We had 3 Baptisms. Faustin, Roxane and Mathias. Mathias speaks pretty good English and he wants to go to BYU to go to school, but we aren't really supposed to encourage that. So I never know what to say when he is always asking me questions about what he has to do to go to the states. I just tell him that I don't know anything about it and to look it up online.... But really though there is nothing that I could do to help him! Which is how it's supposed to be I guess. But yeah that baptism service went really well! Sergio and Marium are coming along pretty good as well!! One has a problem with remembering things... Like one lesson we were talking about the Godhead, and trying to explain that God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost are not the same person. Which a ton of people think that is the case out here. At the end of our lesson she had a pretty good handle on the concept that they were three different people. Then in our next lesson, we were doing an overview of the last lesson, and it's like it didn't even happen.. I was super confused haha. We are just going to have to take our time with her and really make sure that she understands.

 Genenivieve and Esther are doing really well! They are always fun to teach and talk too. Mama Onesime is still working on marriage.. I don't think that I will be here when she gets baptized which is unfortunate but I know that she will sooner or later! She has a strong testimony of the church already! The French is going okay... It kinda goes through phases. One week I will learn a TON! And then the other weeks it seems the same, and then other weeks it seems like I can't speak it at all haha. But overall, it's going good! Still just studying and trying hard!

     Elder Caycho is the new American that is living with us. He is really cool. He went to UVU before he came out on his mission. He's from New Jersey. We all get along and it's always a good time in our apartment. For Mother’s Day, I'm not really sure what that plan is yet....... We are going to the Southam’s today, so I will try and figure out what is going down there, and then send you an email with the details. I'm pretty sure you guys just have to have an account, and then I "call" you. I will get more info on the time and what not. I think that it's at 7 or 8 in the morning somewhere around there. But like I said, I’ll ask the Southam’s today and send you another email. That is if the computers are working and I get a chance. If not, I’ll let you know sometime during the week. We'll figure it out! Elder Shumway or Caycho don't know what to do either... I'll let you know!

     So yeah everything is going super good out here and I can't wait to call you on Mother’s day!! I know we'll figure it out so don't worry about it! It's good to hear that everything is going well and everyone is doing good! Talk to you on Sunday!! Have a good one. On my way to the Southam’s… gotta go :)

*We did receive another email from Landon at the Southam’s and he will be Skyping with us Sunday morning at 8:00am. We will have him for 1 hour!  If the internet is too slow we will skype for a few minutes and then just talk! We are all so excited to see/talk to him!!!
