Football, Ducks and Cars (A little guy talk.)

Dear Dad,

Hey! It was good talking to you last week for a little bit! I really appreciate your letters and talking to you! They are always a good help. It sounds like your little league teams are doing well! Well one of them that is... Haha sounds like Will and them are really struggling. Are the kids having fun though? I guess with kids that is all that matters! Sounds like in a couple weeks football for the little guys is about to wrap up. The high school playoffs are going to start next week right? And what was up with Bountiful getting shut out by WX? Mom told me that you went to the game so I wanna know what you thought about it and saw. I bet Coach Wall wasn't too happy about it... Like I told mom, I am just happy that it wasn't my senior year that lost! That'll be rough for them to deal with. Oh well, life goes on! How is work and everything going for you. Still having a lot of work coming around? I sure hope so! I pray for you and work every day! It sounds like the family is doing good though and that always makes me happy to hear.

So duck hunting is starting up huh? That is exciting! Funny how I started to get right into it for real right before I left for my mission. It was the only thing I thought about for awhile there at the start. It rarely enters my mind now but I am still super excited to go! You better not be too old to go when I get back... Haha just kidding. We gotta do a lot of stuff when I get back! Find me a car, fix it up, go huntin, everything! Haha.

Maybe we will just skip the Vega and go straight to a Chevelle, what do you think about that? Kidding that would be ridiculous! A little Nova would be awesome though... Geez I haven't talked about cars forever!! Oh well.

So yeah the mission is going really good. Not really much to say on my part... Just still going and doing the work. I am senior comp now so that should be fun! I can actually work even harder now. Sometimes it is hard to work with others like you know... I will have an Ivorian companion now so I am excited for that!

Well Dad, Thank you for your letter and all that you do for me. I know that you support me and I am so thankful for that! Good luck with your football teams and tell them to give it all they got! It'll pass faster than they think and before they know it, they'll be serving their missions. I love you!!!

                                                     Love your son,
                                                                     Landon
