Well, I sure am here back in Benin! It is exactly like I remembered it... I don't really know how to explain it, but there is just a different feel here than there is in Togo. Togo is like all fun loving and people are all poor and laughing and everything is a good time. And here it is just like big buildings and Muslims all over the place... It brought back a flood of memories when I went to the office to drop off Elder Christensen. When I got to the office I got to see Elder Shumway! I did drive in from Togo with Caycho so that was fun. I took a "last picture in Africa" picture with Shums and Caycho, but this cyber here refuses USB's and cameras... Super annoying right? So for the time that I am here, you won't be seeing any pictures :/ It'll all be good though! You will get to see some sooner or later. I will talk a little bit more about the questions you ask.
It was good to hear from you though! It is always fun to hear how everyone is doing and what is going on. I did notice that it was Uncle Kirk and Emy's birthdays! I bet that was fun to get together and celebrate their birth! Everyone knows how loud a house can get when it is filled with Millers and their seconds. Tell em' happy birthday! And that I'll be there for the next one! Whooo! The living room looks good as well! I am excited to see the final result. Is dad doing it all himself? That is pretty awesome! What a talented dad. It's good to hear that everyone is doing well. For the questions that you sent me, the MP3 player that Jordan sent me got broken... I don't know how, but one day I left it out, came back in my room and it was broken.... I didn't want to tell you about that because it wasn't long after you had sent it to me.. I don't want to accuse anyone, so I will just say that the Togo ghost wanted to give it a listen.
For the package, you guys have already sent me a TON! And I thank you for that a lot! Thank you :) But if you were to send me another one, I would love some more wingers sauce, sweet baby rays (Palmer left some here and it is to die for!) Haha the first time that you guys sent it to me was when I was still eating with the Africans... But now that I actually am learning how to cook myself, I would love that! Some more face wash. I have really liked that and mine is almost gone. Don't send more mashed potatoes haha just an FYI. I ate some of the others and then threw them up and have never had an appetite for them again. Same thing with the tuna... Spaghetti packets are still good though! Other than that, anything that you send me I will love like always! Give me one more week to think about it and I will let you know next week, if there even is anything! The slap chop, I use it almost every day!! Not since I have got to Benin... But I use it! The Africans love it.

New Companion ~ Elder Dagrou |
The mission really is going awesome. I am loving every minute of it! I do really, really, really, miss Togo though... I don't like Benin haha. The people are just not as nice as in Togo... Just from what I have seen. If they did split the mission, I would be heartbroken if I stay here in Benin! I will do whatever the Lord wants me to do though... Well I hope that you all have a really good day, and always remember to pray and read the Book of Mormon!! I love you all and wish you all a happy March! Hey March Madness starts soon... That's fun! Have a good day.
Love your son,
Elder Landon Dean Layton
